The Logitech Harmony 650 remote is your answer to a home entertainment without effort. Activities of a single button, you can switch from watching TV to watching a DVD or listen to music with one touch. The Harmony 650 is a universal remote control infrared (IR) based on activity. With the Harmony software, you can configure Harmony 650 to control up to 5 devices. The Harmony 650 offers a powerful activity-based control using Smart State Technology®. This technology allows the Harmony 650 to track devices controlling, so you always know which of their devices are powered on. To make the most of your Harmony 650, need to understand the following terms: devices, tickets, and activities. The devices are components of your entertainment system. 

They are things like your TV, cable, DVD player, or game console box. Entries are connections on the back of your devices. Inputs are used to connect your devices together. When you want to switch from watching TV to watching a DVD or listen to music, you normally need to change your TV receiver and/or audio to the correct input. For example, if your DVD player is connected to the TV using the HDMI 1 input, then the TV must be in HDMI 1 to watch a DVD. An activity is something you do with your entertainment system, such as watch TV, listen to music or play a game. Harmony remote control automates the activities so that a button turn on all devices that are needed for each activity and change them to the necessary inputs. For example, Watch TV by pressing you can turn on your TV, your cable or satellite receiver, and your audio receiver, and switch to the correct channels of video and audio.

When you press a button on activity - watch TV, watch a movie or listen to music, the activity starts and the commands for that activity appear on the screen. The commands that appear can be applied to any of the devices you use for that activity. For example, if you are viewing a DVD, your remote display functions and commands for your DVD, your TV and other devices used in the activity view a DVD. When you press the more button, the remote screen shows all the activities defined. When you are viewing activities on the screen of your remote control, change the device mode by pressing the Center button under devices. Harmony 650 screen displays a list of your devices. From this screen, you can select a device, and then see the commands available for that device. If you have configured your favorite channels in its Harmony 650, will appear on the display of the remote control distance when you start the activity, Watch TV and then select Favorites. If the followers you are looking for does not appear on the first page, press the next button to move to the next page of favorites.
